At BroBag, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Money Back Guarantee (Worn Boxers)
Eligibility: Each customer is entitled to a Money Back Guarantee for one worn pair of boxers in SINGLE packaging. If you're unsure about our product, we recommend purchasing a single pair. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE PACKS
Time Frame: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
How: Email support@brobagbrand.com or start a return by clicking here. Include your full name, order number, and mention that you would like to use your Money Back Guarantee.
Shipping: Returns/exchanges by mail are subject to a $6.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for authorized returns within the Continental US and Canada. For other returns, please contact customer support. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Resolution: Upon approval, you may choose to receive a full refund for the worn pair or exchange it for a different size. Once an exchange has been processed, no further refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
2. Returns & Exchanges for Unworn Products
Eligibility: Products must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached, and in their original packaging.
Time Frame: Must be initiated within 20 days of delivery.
How: Email support@brobagbrand.com or start a return by clicking here. Include your full name, order number, and let us know if you are interested in returning or exchanging your items.
If the shipment does not contain the product in new condition, we reserve the right to void the credit or, if the credit has been used, charge your original payment method for the used credit.
Shipping: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for authorized returns within the Continental US and Canada. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Once an exchange has been processed, no further refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
Time Frame: If your order is incomplete, items were delivered damaged, or you received the wrong items, contact us within 2 business days of delivery.
Process: Email support@brobagbrand.com or start a return by clicking here. Please include photos of the packing slip and the items received, with detailed images of any damage.
Resolution: If you received the wrong items, we will provide a return label and ship the correct items once we receive the incorrect ones. For damaged items, we will reship the confirmed damaged items after approval. If our customer support team confirms that a mistake was made and you did not receive all the items you ordered, we will ship the missing items to you. This resolution is only allowed once per customer.
4. Lost Orders
Process: If tracking information shows your package was lost, contact us at support@brobagbrand.com, and we will reship your order.
Exclusions: If tracking information shows the package was delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, the order will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
5. Unauthorized Returns
Returns or exchanges will not be processed for unauthorized returns. Please contact us before sending any items back.
6. Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.
7. Final Sale
All final sale items are not eligible for any returns or exchanges
