Shipping took forever. they would not respond to any of my emails for 4 weeks. and they still have not resolved my issue regarding free shipping over $75 that I was charged $10 shipping for. I don't think I'll ever purchase from this company again.

The Bro Bag is a winner. I wear boxers mainly and have a few other boxer briefs but cant wear the briefs all day. Have to take them off and free ball it when I get home. Bro bag can wear all day and night no problem!!! Reason for 4 start is, I wish it had a front access hole. Have set the balls in every time I have to take a leak.

wanted to return the order it has not been open. customer service is terrible, and communication is ignored, have sent 4 requests for return info and RGA still no reply as of Jan 13th 2025 purchase was made end of November 2024 first request for return was December 4th 2024. have had one general reply from them stating they do not return open product, i explained in a return email that none is open that not even the shipping package has been opened that it will be returned the same way it was received. if you have to go through this much hassle for a return then definitely think first before hitting that order button. i myself will not be purchasing from them again nor will i recommend the company to anyone anymore

Bought a 1.0 medium. Was impressed. Then bought a 3 pack of 2.0s in large. The larges were tighter than the medium. Customer service was non existent. Then when I finally got through to someone, they denied my request for a return. Absolute trash customer service. I won't waste my money here ever again. I know they don't care about returning customers or repeat sales. Absolute trash company. Watch out. They will rip you off too. Good luck!!

Absolutely the most soft and comfortable briefs I've ever owned, the pocket design is definitely a game changer. My only issue is they run smaller in size versus big name brands. I wear an XL but in these I would need a 2XL. If they had bigger sizes and fixed the rolling waste band these would be hands down the best you could get.

Way over priced and the pouch is very uncomfortable.. so now I just wear them like normal boxers that cost 10X more than my other ones.. they are nice quality and all but like I said if you use them as intended it’s uncomfortable

I was really hoping to love the BROBAG BOXERS 2.0, but unfortunately, they didn't quite meet my expectations. I ordered my usual size, but these ran a bit snug, making them less comfortable than I’d hoped. Another issue I encountered was with the waistband, which kept folding and bunching up throughout the day. Lastly, the edge of the pouch sits a little too high, and while it felt fine initially, the elastic underneath started to cause irritation after an hour or so. I appreciate the design concept, but a few tweaks would really improve the overall comfort.

Love the boxers. Ordered the V1s in a medium because of limited stock. Two of the mediums were tight in the waste but the high viz yellow in medium fit great. Then I ordered the V2s in large. For some reason they are also very tight but the yellow V1 fit better. Like I say love the boxers but I need all of them to fit like the high viz yellow V1s I have lol

The material is unlike anything I've ever worn. It is beyond breathable. The only downside is I did follow reviews and instead of ordering my normal 2XL I ordered the XL and they are a wee bit too snug on, well, everywhere. But other than being too tight they are amazing.

Need a 2X option. The 1X is too small. Would like them otherwise seem to be well built I would buy many more if they fit.

I do love the boxer material and innovation however, I typically wear a 36-38 waist and the XL pair are a little snug at the belly line. I’d probably go up a size so the waist is more comfortable! Pouch is great and they work as they should

Honestly I like the 1st generation better. For one the sizing seems to run smaller than gen 1. I can’t even wear the new one they are just to small and not nearly as comfortable. Disappointed!

I really love these Boxer-briefs. Very comfortable and soft. The length is perfect. I love the support and these are best I ever worn. My balls are in heaven. I will definitely buy more.
